Returns & Refunds Policy

We hope you love your purchase, but if you change your mind or something’s not right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

Your Right to Cancel

Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, please email us at shop@saverauk.co.uk within 14 days of delivery, clearly stating that you wish to cancel. You then have another 14 days to return the item to us.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return and refund:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging
  • Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation
  • We do not accept returns on customised or personalised items unless they are faulty
  • Please note: If the returned item is not in resaleable condition, we may make a deduction from your refund

Return Costs

You are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked service. We cannot refund items that do not reach us.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll offer a replacement, exchange or full refund, including return postage where applicable.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at shop@saverauk.co.uk with your order number and reason for return
  2. We’ll confirm the return address and next steps
  3. Post the item back to us within 14 days
  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method within 14 days

Refunds

Refunds are made to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days from when we receive the returned item.
